Instructions
Add 3.5 oz. of coarse-ground coffee into the Dual-Filter. Do not fill past the “3.5 oz 100g” mark.
Slowly add cold or room-temperature water, up to the “MAX” line.
Put the lid on the Brewer and brew on countertop or in the fridge for 12 to 24 hours.
After brewing, swap the Dual-Filter with the spout.
Enjoy your delicious, residue-free cold brew!
Wash the filter and place it back in the Brewer. Repeat above steps!

Do not squeeze the Dual-Filter as it would cause bends.
Smart canister
Instructions
Make sure to fully charge the lid using the USB A-to-C cable charger included in the box. (Note: not compatible with USB C-to-C cables.)
Add your coffee beans or grounds into the Smart Canister. Do not fill past the “MAX” line.
Twist clockwise to close the lid. Push the button on top of the lid to activate the vacuum process. The vacuum process will stop automatically once the lid detects the optimal pressure level.
To open the Smart Canister, push the button again to release the vacuum seal. Twist counterclockwise to open the lid.
Care Instructions
Use a damp towel to wipe the surface of the lid. Do not wash under running water or put it in the dishwasher.
The borosilicate glass jar is dishwasher-safe.

Light Settings
Flashing light
Vacuum seal released. Light will flash twice.
Continuous light
When you push the button down / automatic vacuum process initiated. The light will turn off when the vacuum process is complete.

Lid is charging - the light will turn off when charging is complete. You can use the lid while charging.

Battery level has reached 20%
OR
User error message. If you try to operate the lid without properly fastening it to the jar, the lid will attempt the vacuum process for 15 seconds then flash a red light.

Instructions
Add desired amount of ground coffee into the glass jar. Do not overfill.
Place the sifter plate on the jar with the appropriate plate size for your coffee.
800 microns - for coarse ground. Suitable for cold brew and French press
500 microns - for medium ground. Suitable for pour-over.
Screw the lid on, hold the Sifter upside down, and shake well for about 20 to 30 seconds to sift out the ultra-fine grounds.
Use what’s left in the glass jar to brew a smooth, balanced cup of coffee.
How to place/remove sifter plates
To change the sifter plate, hold the sifter ring upside down.
Turn the knob counterclockwise until you hear a click to release it. Set it aside.
Place the 800 microns or the 500 microns plate inside.
To lock in the plate, place the knob back in and turn it clockwise until you hear a click.
